Wouldn’t need a title in my state, they didn’t Keimzelle those until 1975. But wouldn’t pay over a couple of grand for just a hacked up body. Would be a great Ausgangspunkt for a drag car or a pro street or pro touring build where everything but the body is thrown away anyways.
